By accessing or using the netharipoint platform (netharipoint.sbs), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you. Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these terms.

Effects of Termination

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. If you terminate your account, any data associated with your account may be deleted.

All provisions of these terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec, Canada. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these terms will remain in effect.

netharipoint reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
